We didn’t start in real estate chasing commission checks.

We started by helping people.

In 2016, we launched Turn Key Real Estate with nothing but a vision: to serve our community with integrity, provide real guidance, not pressure, and build something meaningful together. Laura had already made a name for herself in real estate with her calm presence and deep understanding of contracts, while Eric came in with a background in investing, renovations, and business ownership. Together, we realized we had something rare: a natural balance of strategy and care, logic and heart, structure and soul.

Today, we’re proud to work together as a team. Eric focuses on numbers, condition, and construction, while Laura leads negotiations and client strategy with unmatched attention to detail. But more than anything, we still believe in the basics: showing up, doing good work, and treating people right.

This isn’t just our business. This is our life’s work.

We didn’t stop there. As our clients’ needs grew, we created Turn Key Asset Management to help homeowners and investors manage their properties with the same level of care we’d want for our own. From single-family homes to multi-units, we built a management company known for being proactive, honest, and hands-on, because that’s how we believe business should be done.

We’ve spent years walking clients through some of life’s biggest decisions. We’ve weathered market shifts, raised four amazing kids, served in our church and community, and grown this business side-by-side, not just as real estate professionals, but as real people who genuinely care.
